At ShaySimone Ha​ir Systems, ​serving our clients is our primary and immediate priority.  Most of whom are on, or coming from journeys on which they have endured pain, anxiety, embarrassment and sometimes feeling ostracized.

Here, we endeavor to nurture an environment of encouragement, respect and positivity with absolutely NO judgment.

*No client is seen lesser than the other regardless of status, age, race or journey.  All are treated equally

*We demonstrate and foster a respectful attitude and environment and expect the same from our clients

*All service including consultation, product demonstration, research or viewing requires an appointment

*We value our products and also place value on our service which goes beyond just fitting a system

*All appointment is a service we provide for which there is a charge.  (Please see our service page)

*At ShaySimone Hair Systems, we cannot accommodate "fun fits" as this diminish the value of our products

*Purchases are by walk in, however, we recommend you call ahead to ensure we have the product(s) you require
